What is sold here
Original artwork by artists: photography, painting, drawing, graphic work and
objects. Almost all of it is a one-off piece: when a work is sold,
it disappears from the shop and another identical one cannot be provided. The dimensions, the
technique and the year given on each listing are those provided by the maker.
The photographs of the works aim to be accurate, but the colour on a screen
is never exactly that of the physical piece. If you would like to see it in person before
buying it, let us know and we'll arrange it.
Prices
Prices are in euros. Each work's listing shows the price and, below
it, the taxes that apply. Before confirming anything
you will always know the total amount, including taxes and shipping costs:
if there is any difference between what you saw and what you are asked for,
what we confirm to you in writing prevails.
How to buy right now
The shop on this site is, for now, a showcase: you can
see all the work available with its price, dimensions and technique, but there is not yet
any payment method or shipping service set up.
To buy a work, write to us at

619 00 45 15, and we will tell you how to pay for it and how to collect it or
receive it. We will confirm everything in writing before you pay anything.
You can also come and see it and take it home at Carrer Wellington, 15 · 08018 Barcelona.
On the day online payment is opened, these terms will state which
methods are accepted, how items are shipped, how long it takes and what it costs. Until then, the
purchase is arranged person to person and what applies is what we confirm to you.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have fourteen calendar days to
change your mind, counted from when you receive the work, and you do not need to give
any reason.
To do so, it is enough to write to us at
quei15bcn@gmail.com telling us that
you are withdrawing, before the fourteen days are over. We will confirm that we have received it.
Once you tell us:
- You must return the work within a maximum of fourteen days, in the
same condition in which you received it and, if possible, with the original
packaging. - We will refund everything you have paid, including standard shipping
costs, no later than fourteen days after you tell us, and using the same
method you paid with. - The direct cost of returning the work to us is your responsibility, unless
we agree otherwise. Let us know before you send it: a work
of art needs packaging that protects it, and we will tell you how to do it, or we
will arrange it ourselves.
When there is NO right of withdrawal: if the work was made to measure
or specifically commissioned for you, the law does not grant it.
If the work arrives damaged
Check the parcel when you receive it. If there is any knock or the work has arrived
damaged, take a photo and write to us as soon as possible: we will take care of it.
As a consumer you have a three-year guarantee on the
conformity of what you have bought, under the terms set out in consumer law.
The natural ageing of the materials of a work of art is not a defect.
If there is a disagreement
Write to us first: most things can be resolved by talking. If we can't work it out,
you have access to the European Commission's online dispute
resolution platform, at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr,
and the consumer channels of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and, where
applicable, by Catalan consumer law.
