Quei15 ARTgallery invites you to step into the world of its resident artists. An exhibition born from the studio, presented as a living process.

The space becomes a meeting place: between work and gesture, matter and thought. The practices of both artists engage in dialogue from a place of difference, sharing a keen eye for time, for the construction of form and for the visible and invisible layers of creation.

Manel Sanz presents the photographic act as a transforming element; RG.Baselga paints images of memory under tension. Two visions, one invitation to look more closely: to enter, listen and inhabit art in the making.

Manel Sanz workshop: take portraits with your phone

In a Manel Sanz photo studio. Metaphorically strip bare your self: bring your phone to have some portraits taken with professional studio lighting. Your phone is loaded with photographic secrets. You’ll come away with new knowledge.

RG.Baselga workshop: discovering linocut

With the original plates from RG.Baselga’s Fluid series, on display at the studio, you’ll be able to discover and try out the traditional technique of linocut: a printing technique started by the Die Brücke artistic movement (German Expressionism, 1905), which allows an image, previously carved into a piece of linoleum using a gouge or burin, to be reproduced on paper or fabric. Create, print and take your work home with you!
