Cruzifijo marchito

A set of shadows, resting on the sculpture of an apparently sleeping lion (part of a fountain long out of use), draws a cross with railings around it. It is as if it reflects back to us a more pessimistic alternative about our future. A nature, some species, a humanity… condemned to disappear without remedy and destined to become nothing more than a memory.
